Seasonic S12-430 - Will I have a problem overclocking a quad with this PS?

I've been running it as in my sig for over a year with absolutely no problems at all and am looking to upgrade to a quad. Hopefully overclocking to 3.2 or higher. Do you think my PS will be adequate?
