Seasonic S12 430 power supply $77.75 + shipping

I saw the relatively low price and went for it. I ordered it as well as a tube of Arctic Silver.

After a few days, I received the power supply shipped just by sticking a stamp on the PSU box! No shipping box!

Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since I ordered and still have not received Arctic Silver.
Last time I spoke with them was on Friday (5 days ago) when I was given a UPS tracking number. The tracking number still shows as invalid on the UPS web site.

They never replied to any of my emails. Many times, no one picked up the phone.

This morning, I called my credit card company and asked them to put a hold on the payment and follow up with the merchant.

I just did not want anyone to go for this because of my post. I did not do my homework. Their reseller rating is really low.

Are you serious? And if you are serious, you are willing to use the PSU?
 
I am serious.
I asked multiple times why they did that and never received an answer.
I have asked my credit card company to put a hold on the entire transaction and hopefully will get a credit for shipping it back to them because I do not want to use the PSU either.
