This is not an official review but I just swapped my Vantec Stealth (oxymoron) 470w psu for a seasonic 300n. Man, The difference is just a few notches above amazing. I normally turn my pc off at night because the psu sounds like an aircraft carrier with it's 3 metal fans even on the lowest fan setting.

Even though the Seasonic has lower power, it's stability and consistency has been touted in the reviews so I was encouraged to give it a try. The seasonic unit I have regulates it's own fan speed. I have 4 other fans in the case, 4 panaflo's and one leftover thermaltake that came with the Xaser II.

Interestingly enough, the psu fan is hardly even turning after 1 hour of operation.

Lovin it!!

Yes, that's the one! I debated over the 350 w unit but I bought it for work so I didn't want to drop the xtra cash. Actually, reading the reviews on that site convinced me I didn't need all that much power. The 470 was way overkill for what I was doing. So far so good, the unit doesn't seem to be struggling in the least.
