I read some reviews and came to the conclusion that the M12 was a slighter better PSU. Can't remember why at the moment. I bought the M12 700, and it is excellent. I have good ventilation and a great deal of hardware, and I have yet to have the 60mm fan spin up. Of course, my ambient temps are locked between 24C and 28C - regulated by central air.
At any rate, I'm very happy with it so far (only had it a couple months).
break it down for me, i wanna hear thisOriginally posted by: nyker96
I think HX620 uses even better component than seasonic 600W.
i was going to trash you for trashing seasonic based on newegg reviews and a single failed supply but i think i'll sit and admire that rig in sig you got insteadOriginally posted by: genec57
I purchased a Seasonic M12 and it overvolted and trashed the mobo and two hard drives. I will never consider a Seasonic again. There have been several bad reviews in Newegg about it.
OTOH The Corsair has nothing but good reviews and it is totally silent.

Now I remember why I got the M12 700 over the Corsair 620:
4 3x2 PCIe connectors on the M12 vs. 2 on the Corsair.
I figured it would be better equipped if I went SLI.
