Seasonic KM3s ?

I am looking into a new PSU, having an old Thermaltake 850W at the moment.
This is a very good PSU, but has one SIGNIFICANT downside. It gets annoyingly noisy under load. When I game etc. I think I am in a fricking plane.

I was looking at new PSUs and the Seasonic KM3s seem very good to me, especially in terms of noise.

Now I hear there may be some cheaper brands which are actually Seasonic KM3s. Recommendations?
 
XFX Pro Black Editions are Seasonic KM3. Also, Seasonic's own SSR-*50RM are just as good as KM3 but semi-modular. I think Cooler Master V700 and V850 are based on KM3 too
