seasonic 430w enough?

I'm looking to build a quiet c2d comp and am wondering if a Seasonic S12II-430w psu will be enough for a comp with
E4500
IP35
8600GT
2 sata hds
2 dvd drives
some fans

You could go with a S12II-330 without a sweat.

8600gt is a pretty crappy videocard, but I'd still go with the 430w S12 II, in case you ever decide to throw in a high-end videocard.

That set up should be running less than 200 watts under full load, significantly less most of the time.

thats fine, the fan will never exceed 22dB/1m which is the goal of your quiet box.
