Seasonic 380 vs Coolermaster RS-450

Im getting ready to build a new pc and i need some advice. cant decide between the coolermaster 450w psu or the lower wattage Seasonic 380w psu
the efficiency for the coolermaster is about 75% where the eff. for the Seasonic is 80%
will 380w be enough to run the pc reliably

here are the proposed specs for my pc

Athlon 64 3000 or 3200 (venice)
epox 9NPA+ Ultra
Radeon X800 XL
1gb ddr400
36gb Raptor

seasonic hands down. and hell, a shuttle 240W psu can easily handle far more than what your pc has to offer.

Yeah, the Seasonic will be more than enough for that system.
