If that's so...it's a really elaborate ruse. The IMDb boards have a bunch of threads with links to interviews w/producers about how the actress that played Sara is no longer on the show, and the only reason the death was done this way because she didn't want to cooperate and film a death scene.

I agree though...really kills the storyline.
