I am looking for a part time job. Which one would u work at..EB or Sears. Sears gives a lot of commision so I am leanings torwards that. anyone work at EB?

the commission they give is nothing, usually 0.5% to 1.5%, and they are decreasing all the time.
The managers don't give a rat's ass about you, you are just expected to sell warranties, if you don't make parity, you are fired.

quitting sears has been the best decision of my life, i'm sick of that hell hole. check out the sears forum at www.retailworker.com and you'll see what i mean.

never worked at eb, but i don't think it can be worse than sears.
 
I'd choose Sears--spending 8 hours a day in an EB would be very depressing. Chances of interacting with women also higher in Sears 😀
