SEARS card

Is a SEARS card a credit card or is it a card just for their stores? Whats the interest like on it? What kinda rewards/bonuses do you get with it?

Also any other information would be helpful.

TIA.

there's two kinds...

1) strictly Sears
2) Sears MC/Visa. IIRC, both are managed by Citibank, but the sears in-store card is definitely managed by Citi.

What about interest rates? Does it basically just act the same way a credit card does, only it works for SEARS only?
For the store credit card, yes. The interest rates will probably be similar to standard rates for regular credit cards.

The rate you get on your Sears card will depend on your credit history. If your credit sucks you will probably pay 27%+ while I, with my stellar cred and astronomical FICO will pay @ 7%.
