Searchy no worky

The point I was trying tto make:

My majority of AT'rs are very quick in jumping in and flaming Members who thought their OP was original. (even after they ran, what they thought to be, a thorough search before creating a topic).

Just a simple message: "this has been mentioned before" instead of "RRRRRRRRRRREPOST" comes across as a lot more friendly.

I knew a was gonna get a bit of a roasting for this; However running your mouth off and shouting BAN!!! doesn't emphizise opinions in a way which are wholey constructive
