Searching for Windows "ALL" driver roll back utility

A co-worker wants to install a new board but doesn't want to install Windows XP over again. I recall a utilit or program that would roll Windows back to basic drivers and then you could shut down, replace the hardware, and then reboot. Anyone familiar with this?

Most people use sysprep or a repair install to do what you're talking about.
