Searching for this Driver

I've looked everywhere i know and can;t seem to get the drivers for this ADSL Modem.

if anyone would happen to know where to get it,i'd appreciate the help.
i've tried Driverguide,Windrivers,search engines with no luck.

Here is the info:

PCI
DSL-8001IB1/T1 - Sticker on back says GVC

Chrome chip: (markings)
DSP
ADSL
Transceiver
TNETD3200GJC
c31-08A1XVW

I see no FCC-ID on this card.
but it seems to be a GVC Product but that site has nothing on the card.

Was pulled from a Compaq Presario 5000 Computer running WindowsME.


Any info on this card would be appreciated.

Go to compaq site, they have drivers for the model.
