I'm going to take a wild guess and say that the "250W TDP" you're reading is based on the max power that can be supplied by the PCI-e slot and power connectors and has nothing to do with the real world power draw of the card at reference settings.

How do you get 250W from summing up the max. draw from the PCIe slot and the power connectors? 75+75+75 = 225W.

Don't shoot the messenger, I'm just reporting what I see in the BIOS:

TDP: 250000 mW
Power Target: 151200 mW
PCIe Slot: 66000 mW
PCIe 6-Pin 1: 75000 mW
PCIe 6-Pin 2: 75000 mW

That DIYPC case has pretty poor cooling. I wouldn't consider a high end card like that. I have a Corsair 380T, which has WAY more venting than that DIY case. You are going to end up with pretty high CPU and GPU temps. That case is basically a metal box with almost no venting.

I would HIGHLY advise a case that has more venting on it if you go ITX. My ITX gaming build has been quite the learning experience. I have it where I no longer have any hot spots, but it is a bit louder than I wanted.

If you're feeling ambitious you could do a full power card + G10 bracket and AIO water cooling on the back 120mm exhaust slot. You'd just have to make sure your fan would clear the CPU heatsink
