Defendant murdered people. He was crazy and may have lived in a cabin and had other similarities with the Unabomber.
The Defendant refuses to plead insanity. His older brother tries to get his brother either committed or to let the jury know about the brother's mental problems. Eventually the jury is sequestered and the Defendant is convicted.
The DA's worked hard to keep all the crazy stuff out until sentencing, where they ask the brother a question that opens the door to the Defendant's mental illness being allowed in.
Anyone know the name of this episode?
