Hi, my name is Max, im 15, i have made a server for my Tweaking website im starting with a few friends (http://tweakxtreme.d2g.com) but im not really rich and would like to upgrade it because its slow, limited, and the NLX motherboard i got for free will not fit any casing. I wanted to ask if any of you had free computer hardware you would accept to give me.
Heres is the list of what could be useful:
Motherboards (Socket7 or better)
Processor (Pentium 60 or better in socket7 form factor)
Ram (EDO 72 pins, or sdram if you are really generous!)
Hard drives (Any size, Any kind)
Network cards (Ethernet : 10BaseT or 10Base2)
Network cables. (Patch, Twisted pair, or Coax)
Cooling fans (Any size, Any voltage)
Hard drive controllers (IDE or SCSI, ISA or PCI)
Webcam (To make pictures for reviews, usb or any other kind)
Cheap scanner (could always replace the webcam)
As you can see its not incredible computer hardware, but i dont need super stuff neither, if you have anything like this that you are getting rid of, i would really appreciate youe help. =)
