Searching for a Gaming Microphone

This is my first time buying a Microphone. I am living in Austria, thus I would prefer to buy inland, but shipping is fine as well I guess. What I want is a microphone like the snowball with a pop filter, though I don't know if there any better for the same price or mics which are as good as the snowball for a lower price. I plan on waiting, depending on the level of response, for about 1 week after the first answer before buying the recommended mic and the recommended pop filter.

The Snowball appears to be intended for musical applications, however, it could be a gamer. Here is a review:

Since you are in Austria, it might be worth looking at Sennheiser or Beyer. Most advanced gaming mikes seem to be part of a headset.

I use a modmic which is pretty decent quality wise (its not attempting to be a studio mic but it outperforms expensive headsets). You wont find it locally as it will have to come from the USA but it is one of a kind and a better solution than a desktop microphone.

for gaming I would recommend a headset. But thats just my opinion.
