Searching for a DDL motherboard with spdif out

I'm looking for a HTPC motherboard that supports multichannel encoding to the spdif digital output, Dolby Digital Live, or the DTS version.

I'm not a novice at google or any kind of product search, so please don't expect me to believe "any motherboard that supports it will widely advertise the fact", because I know it is false. Nothing shows up in motherboards at Newegg, and I KNOW that some do support it because I have one (BioStar 760G M2+, but looking for better/newer). I've tried all the google searches I can think of with little good result because many many large product pages will have some reference to DDL on unrelated products.

HTPC means Home Theater PC, on 24/7, low power and quiet. No sound cards as I will be short on slots due to tuner etc. cards, USB solutions so far as costly as replacing a MB, hence MB search. Expensive and great old receiver does NOT support HDMI, so must be spdif.

Thanks, any ideas on specific MB or ways or places to search?

Funny, I have two windows on this PC and two on a second pc open right now with searches of different types on avsforum HTPC section. I posted my question here and was doing pre posting searching there, stopped to have dinner, and was just about to start a new avsforum thread.

The thorn in my side is that manufacturers are disabling the features I want in most products and I am not figuring out until after purchase that I need the deluxe version etc. PowerDVD 8 which came with my BluRay drive is locked to 2 ch out, and my MSI 880GM-P51 motherboard with the very nice VIA VT1828S sound chip only is supported for 2 ch digital output instead of the 8 it was designed for.

Sony is pushing hard to force everybody into HDMI and HDCP, so spdif is not allowed a better than CD 16/44.1k uncompressed digital stereo output from a bluray source, or a compressed DTS slightly higher 5.1 rate. Most of the AVSforum guys either go HDMI or analog out to bypass the issue, making what I want spdif a bit of a niche. Starting a new thread now, so I will see what I find out.
