This little utility will search your entire hard drive soooo much faster than the Windows search engine.

Thanks to zaitsevs for showing this to me AND hosting it! :D

Edit: This is safe. Scan it. It is not going to do anything bad to your computer. It's a program created at a local Career Center by a student there. Yeah, I should have explained myself a little better the first time.

Also, I just realized how cheesy my OP sounds. Oh well

Edit 2: Here's a screen-shot of the program running on one of my computers. It's the best I could do on short notice with dial up. :p It's not the prettiest of programs, but it gets the job done.

Explain yourself. Only an idiot would run an unleared exe off the web, and only a moron would post one without explaining himself and subjecting themself to severe probing:|*

it's hosted on my web server, it's fine. it's just something we wanted to share with you guys, and even if it's not legitimate like you guys don't believe, which is okay, I understand. I'm sure I'll get banned if it WAS something stupid.

it's actually pretty awesome though. so, if you're .. willing, it's cool.

I just downloaded it. Symantec Antivirus didn't alert me so it doesn't seem to be a virus, but I won't be opening it. lol

A homebrew program designed to do nefarious things probably wouldn't show up :p

What a bunch of chickens we have here.

C'mon guys. You act like opening this is like asking a woman out or something. I ran it but not sure how useful it is as it didn't like wildcards and threw a runtime error.
