Search result page gives me error messege when I hit the back buttom on IE

whenever i do a search on any website, if i use the back buttom to go back the search results after i'm done with one, it will give a "The page cannot be displayed" messege. it is so annoying. i have to search again everytime i want to see a different result. i believe there must be a setting in the IE option, but i just don't know where. if it's not that simple, does that mean i have to reinstall IE? please give me some advises... TIA!!!
 
Might get a better response in Technical support, this isn't really an OS question....
