search phone numbers?

Are there any search engines that match a company/person to a phone number? My friend found a 900 number on his phone bill that lasted 5 minutes @ $7.00 per minute. The number is 1-900-537-0046, and he swears he doesn't remember making any 1-900 calls...

He can just call the phone company and tell them to remove it. As long as he doesn't have a history of calling 900 numbers, they should remove it from his bill.
