Search and replace (regular expressions) utility

Hi.

I'm looking for a program on Windows to search directories for text in files, or just filenames and I'd like to say feed a string or regular expression and have the ability to confirm whether to replace if its found or not in the file.

I'm not looking for something bloated or (too) simple - Windows search sucks ass and is bloated... can't stand it at all. I'm not a guru at the command line (yet) - so perhaps something in the middle.. maybe a functional prompt/window (as opposed to grep for windows or something)

Oddly enough, it's called Search and Replace. I use this program all the time.
