Yeah, anyone who knows more than just sheer win-loss numbers knows that New England is a threat...and the team keeps getting healthier. I really hope Indianapolis and Seattle both give it all.
I"m still iffy on Pat D this year. The buc offensive line completely sucked today. At times they literally stood and watch guys go by. how do you allow 2 man or 3 man rushes to get deep penetration.
Once that set in the line backers just sat back waitws till simms throws to outlets or elsewhere and pounce on them.
it was an embrassing in game. I'm sure gurden was tearing his hair out.
After listening to the Colts GM on a WFAN (NYC sports radio) interview friday night saying "we don't care about going undefeated" combined with the fact that Seattle will have nothing to play for either, I wouldn't expect much out of that x'mas eve game ... too bad.
Tomorrow's Colts/Chargers game should be good though, as should Cowboys/Redskins & Falcons/Chicago too.
Very true, neither the colts or hawks have anything to gain, only thing I can see is the colts playing a little more agressive (even if they say they wont) to keep that undefeated record alive. But then again, I doubt either team will push the limits and risk a player, etc.
I think the Chargers actually have a chance to beat Indy tomorrow since they are playing for a playoff spot and Dungy won't leave his starters in for the whole game.
