Seagull

Awesome!
I saw a similar thing happen a couple months ago...I was happily driving along by my parents' house in New Orleans, when a pigeon flys low across my field of vision. All of a sudden, a hawk of some sort swoops down and takes that fscker out. All this happened in a split second a couple feet in front of my windshield. I almost got in an accident because I was so shocked by it happening so quickly!

yeah, these sort of things are always crazy to see. I northern minnesota I saw a hawk DROP a pideon on a car windshield that was going down the road, that was hillarious. And It scared the poo out of my cousin driving the car the pideon got droped on!

Yea, I saw a pigeon get nailed by a hawk once. Literally dove in and knocked it out of the air in a burst of feathers, then landed next to it to eat it. Less then about 30 yards from me! Used to think it would be cool to be able to fly like a bird. Now I only think it would be cool to fly like a raptor. Everything else is lunch 😛

Great pics ... you took those ManSnake? Where?

Wow! Kodak moment of the month!

And up until now I had figured that birds, both big and small, coexisted quite harmoniously. Maybe the seagull had been riding the eagle's ass for a long time. Definitely worthy of big red tacky PWNED letters.

Yeah, but knowing how disgusting seagulls are, that eagle's getting some deadly disease and will die off shortly.

Bald eagles are notorious scavengers....in other words, they aren't exactly picky eaters. 🙂
