Seagate with AAM?

This Dell SX280 machine at work has a Seagate 7200.7 80GB SATA, which had really loud seek noise. I was able to change the noise level in the BIOS to the quietest mode, and now it is not even audible.

I thought 7200.7s had AAM disabled? My 200GB 7200.7 has a semi-annoying seek noise, and it would be great if there is a way to adjust it.
