Seagate Tool for low level HD copy?

Do the Seagate disk tools you can download from their site have the capability to completely copy one drive to another? I know Maxtor has this functionality but I can't determine if Seagate does as well.

I have a 120GB Seagate drive I *think* might be causing me some problems so I'd like to buy a new one, do a complete copy and see if my issues are gone.

If Seagate's tools can't do this, can anyone recommend a good piece of software I can use to do a low level copy?

Thanks!

Seagate tools are the same as Hitachi's tools. I'm pretty sure you can't. I ran Hitachi's last night (haven't been able to run Seagate yet because I havent needed to do anything for my drive).

Norton Ghost....it does direct sector copies...dunno if that qualifies as low level or not.

Yeah I'm using the term "low level" to mean making a sector by sector copy of the drive so that it can be swapped in as the primary boot device.
