Seagate RMA's

Does Seagate require the use of 'Seagate Approved Packaging' seen here for its RMA's?

Or would a regular anti-static bag wrapped with bubblewrap suffice?

What did you use?

Doesn't their site tell you how to RMA it? I'm not sure about Seagate, but Maxtor is pretty specific and they did make it clear to package it back the way shown or else they may not RMA. But for them, all I did was cross ship, wait for the item to arrive, and put it back in the packaging that they sent my new drive in. Ie. Clamshell and foam cutout in box 😀
