Seagate RMA backlog

Wow, they must have a massive backlog for 1.5tb drives.. RMA 7/19 +4 days for ups, 7/23 receive and replacement shipped out on 7/29.

I process 3 rma and shipped them as one, ST3500418AS, ST9320423AS and ST31500341AS.

Only the 1.5TB was originally mine, the other 2 were given to me and luckily still had warranty. The 500 & 320gb were replaced quick. I just noticed that today is the 15th and its still under "processing".
 
That actually seems pretty typical for RMA from what I've seen with other tech companies. I think that Seagate does have issues, but it's hard to draw any negative conclusions from your RMA experience.
