seagate rebates suck

i get a letter today, says i did not postmark the rebate by the proper date.

thing is, i postmarked it using a pitney bowes machine 2 days before it was due.

and of course they're the ones with the envelope, so i can't prove they're lying.

i'm going to ask them to mail the envelope back to me.

Time to send them suspicious looking envelopes with white powder all over them.

I always scan everything concerning a rebate, but I never thought I would have to start scanning the front of the envelope too. :roll:
