Seagate Hybrid drives, anybody using these? Working with lots of VMs?

is this a good drive? Any improvements over a 7200rpm 16mb cache hitachi? I'm looking at the 500gb model.

I have three of the 320s in a pair of Lenovo Thinkpads. They replaced WDC Scorpio Blacks (7200 RPM) and do provide better boot/load times and program response. This happens over time as the hybrid drive learns what to put in the SS cache.
