looks like the $130 one has firewire and esata support, other than that, I'm not sure what other differences there may be

eSATA & USB connectors are in the same base insert that must be swapped out in order to use 1394a Firewire 400.
The enclosure is heavy & solid with a small wall wart (similar to cellphone power adapter) instead of the brick-like laptop power adapter type.
