Does anybody know how to disable head parking on this drive?

I'm surprised that an enterprise drive has head parking but according to some research it appears Seagate is marketing this as "PowerChoice" which has several idle states which are customizable (don't know how though). This drive also doesn't seem to support APM or AAM so I'm not sure how to turn this head parking off or if I'm even able to.
