Seagate Barracuda IV, Quiet seek, Performance seek Utility

I've spent way to much time on Seagates site trying to find the utility to turn on or off the Barracuda IV, quiet seek/performance seek
function. Don't see where it is included in any Discwizard or SeaTools
package.

The seagate program is called seaaam.exe or you can use the IBM one found in their hard drive driver section called ibm feature tool
