Seagate Barracuda IV AAM Utility?

Does anyone have a copy of the Seagate Automatic Acoustic Management software that let's you switch the drive back and forth from quiet to performance? And, are the Barracuda IV's shipped in quiet or performance mode from the factory?

I just Ghosted over an IBM 75GXP to this BIV, and I'm amazed at the lack of noise coming from this drive. That makes me think the drive might be shipped in quiet mode.

I too couldn't find it via Andy's link. I had found what I believed to be the beta previously but when I ran it nothing happened. No reponse from the utility. Am I missing something? Are there command line arguments?
