Hi. This is my first post.

Do you know if this price is good in stores? There are Fry's around me.

Prices at frys.com (aka outpost.com) are not tied to B&M stores, but they do use the same SKU numbers. To find the price of a given item at your local Fry's, get the SKU number for the item, call your local store, and ask for the current price. If it's a hot deal, be sure to ask if they show any in stock.

The SKU for this one is 4740869, the same as the final digits in the OP's link.

Working the other way, here's a link to the best Fry's ads anywhere. It's from the San Jose Mercury News, which is Fry's home city. They run more pages of ads with more items, every day, than anywhere else I've found, and the format's really nice with roll-over pop-ups of various sections of the ad.

The only down side is, sometimes, their specials are restricted to certain regions so you have to call your local store to confirm that the special you find is available in your area, but it really helps to have all those possiblities on your screen without having to run out to the store.

I just ordered and when I added it to the cart to order it came up as $54.99 with shipping. Went through whole order and it only charged 54.99! Frickin awesome deal for my PDA. I can fit almost all of my music on 2 of these.

This is OK, but for $10 you can easily get a flash memory based CF card. Not only will the card be faster, it will use up less electricity and it will last almost forever because it is solid state. This item is actually a small hard drive and they tend to fail, just take a look at the broken ipods being sold in eBay. Just my 2 cents. BTW, I recently bought a 8GB CF solid state to upgrade my mini Ipod and only spent $70 on it.
