Got one today. I don't know if it's in their ad or not. There's lots of them on the shelf. It's on their website also. $139 minus $40 rebate.
Best thing is that it's a retail version and it comes with a 3 year rebate. I verified it by plugging in the drive's serial and model #'s into the Seagate warranty page. It says "warranty expires Sept 2005". So you can still get these with the longer warranty. It's says "3 year Warranty" on the box spine. I guess once these are gone from the pipeline there'll only be one year warranty versions around.
