Seagate 7200.9 500GB Failure

I'm using a 500GB drive (SATA) in a USB enclosure, and when I got home I noticed that the drive is no longer in "My Computer". I plugged the usb cable into my laptop (from my PC) to no avail. I then listened a bit more closely to the enclosure and I can hear a faint "click, click" sound.

I opened up the enclosure and disconnected the data cable and left the power cable plugged in and tried again and got the same "click, click" sound. It seems like it's not even spinning up. Damn! Am I screwed? Is there any chance that it's just the enclosure? I'm going to pick one up tomorrow and check it out. I don't have SATA on my PC so I can't test it there...
