Seagate 7200.12 1TB -- anyone using it?

I wanted a quiet 1TB 7200rpm to use as my OS drive so I ordered the above. Two days later, the Samsung F3 1TB was released. My questions are:
1) For anyone who uses the seagate, has it given you any trouble?
2) should I consider returning it and ordering the samsung f3?
 
I'm about to order this hard drive as well to use as an external, but am interested in this F3. I hear Seagate only had problems with the first batch of 7200.11.
