Seagate 320GB 7200.10 SATA II HDD $79.99 AR +SH @ TigerDirect

Yeah I got in on this deal a few days ago. Seemed like a good $/GB ratio and it comes in SATA too. Make sure you scroll down the page and select the free after rebate sata cable and molex converter because the drive is OEM.

They accept Paypal also, so take an additional $15 off with their new promotion if you qualify.....

Make sure you remove the jumper on these drives to enable 300 MB/s mode....

hmm a 320 7200.10 for $65 after both rebates sounds damn good to me. Already have one of these but the more the merrier 🙂

Just received mine today. It sure is taking a long time to format. Watch out if you get the FAR 90 degree SATA cable. It hangs down a little so if another drive is too close it wont push all the way in. I had to leave a little space between the drives.

Yes, the jumper config is clearly stated on the drive. I have an older MB that only supports SATA 150 so I left the jumper in and it is backwards compatible.

not a bad deal, but then again, it's tigerdirect.

i purchased the seagate 250gb 7200.10 for $79.99 shipped from newegg a week ago, but this is definitely a better deal.

Yeah, the tigerdirect rebate was really complicated. For the HD you needed to included the entire sheet that came in the oem package, not just the UPC. As long as you read the instructions and follow them, you should be ok.
