Seagate 300g SATA II $94.99 shipped NO Rebate.

Almost as good as that $320 for $92 B&M, except I am not sure if that $92 includes tax plus you need to make a trip for that deal. Very nice either way

Seems like a nice price. SATA II, 300gb, 8mb cache.

I have the Sempron 3100/ECS combo that I put two used 300 PATA in the system and was looking for a SATA as a new primary and use the PATA's as network storage. Been waiting till they dropped. Maybe they will be available more often at this price.

Thanks
Edit: 8mb cache oops..oh well

Too bad it's OEM. You still get the warranty but I personally prefer the retail box. Fry's has the same retail drive for sale. For me it's worth $5 more to go to my local Fry's to pick it up than to wait.

EDIT: Actually scratch that. Just as Melectricus mentioned, this drive is the 8MB cache version. The one at Fry's is 16MB cache/retail box.
