Seagate 200GB for $49.99

This is close.

it is $10.00 more, but is 50gb larger, and is ata133, good if doing a raid 0+1 or raid 5 array, allows higher bandwidth 133mb versus 100mb, but has a shorter 3 year warranty, and no retail box stuff, like cable and screws, and pretty box.

i need 4 drive for a Highend raid 5 controller card SX4000 with 256mb ECC cache, toos up on which one of these deals I go for.

Not a big fan of maxtor, have had several die less than 2 years old, but have rarely used seagate, but the 5year warranty is tempting.

1 thing to consider about the 5year warranty on a $50.00 hard drive, if the drive dies at 4years old, will it really be worth RMAing, as 4 years from now 200gb hard drives, will be like the 40gb drive of today, almost worthless, maybe $20.00, If i can save money and am doing a mirroring array anyway, then a cheap drive might be prefferable.

Good deal, just putting more info out there.
