Seafood! Catfish/Shrimp

I just went to the local asian market and bought a 2 lb. catfish, sliced into 2 inch sections, and 1 lb of medium sized shrimp.

Now how do I cook these bastards? 😕
 
batter it with scrambled egg, and coat it with tempura flour. deep fry it til golden brown..

What kind of recipe u want for catfish? I got like 2 books (catfish specific) here that i got free (thanks to Hot Deals) with TONS of different recipes.
It really depends on what ingredients you have in your 'kitchen' ....

Post your taste and I'll post a recipe....

....don't know nothing about shrimp, tried to make some myself yesterday with some friends, and they turned out bland....even after all the 'stuff' we cooked it with....
