SE6 Video

I just got an ABIT SE6 and a PIII 800eb@133 and 128megs of RAM running Windows 98SE. I'm using the Onboard video adapter. I've loaded the system up and everything is working fine... However, my video is kind of flaky. It works fine and I can play hi-res 3D games without a problem, but when I simply click on a window and drag it across the screen, there are diagonal lines that seem to move across the screen. They aren't THAT noticable, but I'm used to CLEAN video and it's obvious the screen gets fuzzy when the processor has to work to move the window or the CDROM drive, for instance, has to read data. Has anyone had any similar problems? Thanks in advance...
