SE440BX-2 and Celemine CPU not compatible?

i got a SE440BX-2 and wanted to upgrade my PII 350, i thought Celemins on a Slotket would be great. Set the FSB and Voltage Jumper on the slotket and go!! NOPE, won't boot at all. is the CII and SE440BX-2 incompatible?

i'll have to try some other settings to see what happens. but it acts like it doesn't even have power when i install the CII cpu into the mobo and try to boot.

have you got the latest m/board bios?
try with voltage set to 1.8V on slocket!

yes i have tried the latest bios but it will not update. i run the flasher prog and it says bios updated, but upon reboot it has the same bios # as before.

it could just be a random bug?
