SDRAM timing reader?

Does anyone know of a utility that runs under Windows XP Pro and will read and display the various timings of my installed memory?

I have SiSoftware's Sandra 2k3 Benchmarking suite, and it tells me the timings for my sdram. It also shows a truckload of other info about pretty much every component in my computer. It does burn-in tests and also benchmarks.
