It's possible to use 1 133mhz SDRAM simm with 2 100mhz SDRAM
simm.....
My cpu is a p3 750mhz (100mhz bus)
My Mobo is a ABIT BH6.

yes, but your 133 will jump down to 100.

Why not try running them all at 133Mhz and see if your other 2 100Mhz can successfully overclock? If all else fails, then you can always run the 3 of them at 100Mhz. PC133 is backwards compatible with the PC100 specification.
