SDR memory on ABIT KT7A RAID

i've just ordered an ABIT KT7A RAID can i use SDR memory on this board. because i got 2 256MB PC133 SDRAM that i don't want to sell

Yes, should not be a problem, as long as good ram. Some ram, Abit has a problem with.

Yup any PC133 RAm will run on KT7A

SDRAM is the only memory you can use. Also, be sure to tweak your bios settings as much as possible; there's a lot to be found in the bios of that board. Look here.
