SD37P2 vs SD39P2?

Is there any compelling reason to get an SD39P2 over the SD37P2? I'm noticing that the SD37P2 has two PCI-E 8x slots, whereas the SD39P2 has a single PCI-E 16x and a PCI. Other than that, the only difference seems to be using an ALC888 vs an ALC882, which seems completely irrelevant for my needs (protected audio output support).

Anyone have any commentary on what I'm missing? Because it sure seems like a pair of PCI-E slots is better than a PCI-E+PCI configuration.

The SD37P2 has two PCIe 16x slots with 8 lanes each. If you're going to be using a double slot card and don't plan on using a PCI card later on, it doesn't matter which one you go with though the SD39P2 has better support for DDR2 800. But later on the SD39P2's PCIe 16x slot with all lanes will be better especially with the these new video cards coming out.

I was actually wondering whether I might end up using two different PCI-E cards in the future. Thanks for the link - I'll check it out.
