SD probs or T2i probs. not sure which

the verbatim 32GB SD card i used 2 years ago now causes my canon to hang on turning it on. i have to take the battery out to get it to work again. 4 other SD cards (inc 1 mSD in SD card adapter) works fine.

on the other hand, that card works in my PC and laptop. fully formats with no errors. same again in my camera though

SD cars are so cheap nowadays, I'd just torch the verbatim and replace it.

Yes, I've had a similar problem. As I discovered during my vacation in August, my T3i DSLR absolutely refuses to work with a particular Verbatim 32 GB card. I use a Mushkin, Lexar or Patriot of the same size, and it's all fine.

Puzzling.

I thought my camera was broken, until I figured out that the card is wonky in this camera - although it DOES work perfectly in other camera models.

that's it, so what's to blame? the camera (which works with everything else) or the card (which works fine in everything else)?

Blame the combination.

I would use the card in my computer for temporary storage, I guess.

I went to Amazon and found 4-5 cards that were $15 or under.
In my mind, this just isn't worth wasting keystrokes on.
