SD FRAMM

I got my hands on a couple of kits of old SD FRAMM. I did some googling and found zero on the parts numbers, and frankly there aren't much of any numbers on these sticks. But I've never seen anything like this stuff. I find fairly minimum info on the internet regarding this technology, seems it was out around '95.

One kit has 3 PCB's - 2 outer ones with IC's on them and a middle with the board connection - both outer PCB connected to the middle via pins

The other kit has 2 PCB's with both containing IC's, the 2nd PCB connected via a solid ribbon to the PCB with the mobo connection

1 Kit is on Viking Components PCB (only name anywhere on the kit) but other than IC chip codes that is all it has on it.

I can't recall the codes on the other one now but other than being the coolest looking SD ram I've seen (2nd is the heat spreader Compaq ECC ram) I would love to find out about this stuff.

I'll post some pictures later today for all to see the bizarre works of technology
